Amendments and Cancellation Policy

Amendment Form – Amendments must be made in writing

Amendment Fee – As changes often involve a significant amount of time to amend and recost the tour, we reserve the right to charge an amendment fee for each change requested.

Cancellation Form – Cancellations of individual paticipants and/or tour team must be made in writing. All cancellations must be signed off by tour management.

Refunds resulting from a team or individual participant withdrawal as per the following:

Carnival Deposit – Refundable, less 25% administration fee

Airfare Deposit – Non refundable from airlines (as per airline policy)

Progress Payment- Refundable less 25% administration fee

Airfare Balance – Refundable less 50% (up until 1st June 2010) Non refundable from airlines (after 1st June 2010)

Accom Balance – Refundable less 25% administration fee

Final Balance – No refunds are available after the 1st June 2010

After commencement of travel no refunds under any circumstances

Strongly advised by Worldsport Costs can be claimed though Travel Insurance covering cancellation and amendments of tour members due to unforseen medical illness
