|Airfare Deposits||To secure airfares at the price included in your quote an airfare deposit of AUD$100.00 per passenger ($50 per sector) must be received within 2 weeks of receiving the quote from Worldsport. See note at bottom of this page on airfare deposit refunds.|
|Nov 1||Carnival Deposit (OS)||For OVERSEAS teams to secure a group’s place in the Carnival, a deposit of AUD$500 should be received on or before this date|
|Dec 1||Carnival Deposit (AUS)||For AUSTRALIAN teams to secure a group’s place in the Carnival, a deposit of AUD$500 should be received by this date|
|Feb 1||Progress Payment||20% of the total tour cost minus any payments already received. Each group will be sent an invoice/statement showing payments made and the “Progress Payment” amount due|
|May 1||Airfare Balance||The group’s manager will again be informed of the balance due|
|Jun 1||Carnival T-shirt Size Request||Details of T-shirt sizing for team must be submitted by this date. A limited surplus of official Carnival T-shirts will be available to purchase during the Carnival week. To ensure your team does not miss out please advise Worldsport so the shirts can be pre-ordered. Please be aware that submitting your shirt sizing does not GUARANTEE the sizes but gives us an indication of the best sizing range to assign to your group – Submitted via TEAM SUBMISSION FORM|
|Jun 1||Team Name Lists||The name on the list must match the name on the passport/photo ID exactly.All tickets are issued electronically. You will receive your tickets via email with 7-10 days of your departure. Once the tickets have been issued penalties apply (from the airlines!) for name changes and spelling corrections however minor. Groups travelling within Australia can provide a list of passengers (students and adults) on arrival at the airport to save time with check in.
*** Anyone travelling on a non-Australian or non-NZ passport please let us know immediately as you may require a visa for entry into Australia. VERY Important
*** Overseas travellers check that name on list is as per your passport not the name you may go by socially. They will not let you on the plane if your name does not match.

|Jun 1||Theme Park Tickets||Tickets to all activity places must be finalised by the June 1st. Additional purchases of tickets will not be available through Worldsport during the Carnival. After June 1st, additional tickets will need to be purchased at the relevant Theme Park front gate at the gate price. Ticket changes will not be able to be made through Worldsport after this date.|

|Jun 1||Carnival Dinner Performance Item||Performances by various groups at the Carnival dinner are highlights of the evening (usually!). If any person/s from your tour party would like to perform an item at the Carnival dinner they may like to start rehearsing now. In the past, we have had dance routines, guitarists, singing solos, hakas, cultural displays etc|
|Jun 1||Dietary Requirements||Please advise by this date whether any person attending the Carnival has any special food requirements.|
|Jun 14||Carnival Dinner Tickets Finalised||Tickets to dinner must be finalised by this date. Please note that the dinner is unfortunately always over subscribed. Teams who have finalised their Carnival balances will get preference. Attire for the dinner is smart casual ot team uniform.|
